Taylor began his love for cooking in college when he took on a part-time job at the campus cafe. He soon realized that the combination of cooking, socializing and making people happy through food was his calling.
After earning his degree as an English major in 1990, Taylor dabbled for a few years in sales. Not feeling fulfilled, he heard about a Johnson and Wales satellite culinary program for college grads in none other then Vail, Colorado. It was an easy sell.....
