Stationary Appetizers

Sesame seared tuna on blue corn tortilla with seaweed salad & wasabi drizzle

Portabella mushroom & chevre in mini phyllo pastry

Loaded Triscuit- VT white cheddar, fig jam, chili flake & Thai basil


Salad- 1st 

TRI COLORED SALAD: Arugula, radicchio, & Belgian endive w/ EVOO & balsamic vinaigrette


Dinner- 2nd course main

PESTO LINGUINI w/ ARTICHOKE HEART: DeCecco pasta, house made pine nut & basil pesto & artichokes hearts


BEEF MEDALLIONS W/ MORELS, MARSALA & CRÈME FRAICHE: Grilled filet of beef in a morel & Marsala wine reductions sauce. Served with roasted broccolini


FLORIDA GROUPER: Potato crushed w/ roasted red pepper aioli. Served with asparagus

House made peanut butter cookies w/ Reese’s peanut butter cup
